Application by mail
Who can apply: everyone.
Cost: mail, notary, and (possibly) translator services.
Time required: maximum 7 business days after the delivery.
Prepare an application
Fill in, print out, and sign it.
Here is a sample of the completed application. All personal details are provided for reference, remember to enter your own.
Please note
Enter the wallet number in the first line: you can copy it on the website or in the app (click on the profile picture in the upper right corner to see the number).
If you do not have a registered address, specify your temporary or actual residential address in paragraph 1.5.
Fill in section 3 only if you are not a citizen of the country in which you live or stay.
If you noted in section 4 that you are a public official or a relative of the public official, or you have a payee or a beneficiary, fill in one more application and send it to us as well.
Section 5 is optional. Here you can specify, for example, the actual residential address, if it does not coincide with your registration address, or other additional information.
Enter a current date and sign the application by hand (a signature made in a graphic editor is not suitable).
Make a copy of your passport
We need the main page spread (with a photo) and the registration page, if there is one.
Certify the documents
If you have a Russian passport, certify a copy of your passport:
in Russia, just with a notary,
abroad: at a consulate, embassy, or other representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
If you have a non-Russian passport, translate the passport into Russian and certify a copy of the passport and the signature of the translator:
in Russia: at a consulate, embassy, or other representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country,
in another country: at a consulate, embassy, or other representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Important: if a copy of your passport cannot be certified in your country, certify your signature on the application.
If you are abroad and the documents could not be certified
You can certify the documents in another way: check the requirements for your country in the form below. If your country is not on the list, the documents can only be certified according to the instructions above: at a consulate or embassy.
If this option is not available, select another method of identification
If you do not certify the documents or do not submit all the necessary materials, we will not be able to accept the application. We recommend that you first take a photo of your prepared documents and send it to us in the chat. This is optional, but this way we check that everything is fine. After that you can send a paper letter.
Send the documents to us
You have two options:
by registered letter to 115035 Moscow, p/o 57, "YooMoney" NBCO LLC,
by courier to the Moscow office at 82 Sadovnicheskaya street, building 2.
Delivery by mail may take several weeks. You can track the delivery on the website of Russian Post by the tracking number. If the status changes to "Delivery to the recipient", it means YooMoney has already started processing the information. Processing will take a maximum of 7 business days.
Confirm your information
When everything is ready, you will see this message on the main screen:
Click "Next", then check and confirm the data. The wallet will be immediately identified. If there are any mistakes, please contact us..
The identification must be confirmed within 180 days from the moment the notification appeared in the wallet. Otherwise, you will have to start all over again (by sending the notarized documents by mail).
