Objectives

• Participation in development and approval of transaction structure with regard to various appealing and risk factors.
• Participation in preparation, approval and final confirmation of legal documentation related to projects.
• Organization, preparing necessary materials and participation in negotiations with potential partners.

Expectations

• At least 5 years of M&A experience.
• Practical experience in implementation of full-cycle projects.
• Oil & gas industry background would be an important advantage.
• Experience in management of cross-functional project teams.
• Experience in preparation and approval of legal documentation on transactions.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• High mobility and availability for business trips.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and outline conclusions in presentations.
• Negotiation skills.
