Responsibilities:

• Support Learning manager with the execution of Training Workshops
• Support Appreciative Feedback Program activities including communication development and insight gathering.
• Ensure compliance through employee file maintenance and i9 audit.
• Enhance Employer Branding efforts in leading content development and content calendar projects for Barilla US Careers Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Support company Wellness program in alignment with global initiatives

Requirements:

• Completed Junior year of college with a concentration in {Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business Management, or Organizational Development
• Experience handling confidential matters
• Prior Human Resources experience is a plus
• Effective project management and time management skills
• Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail
• Strong ability to work in teams and build good relationships high degree of personal integrity and work ethics
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables a plus
